I think I went to every slab yard in Metro Houston before finding just the type of quartzite I wanted for kitchen and bathroom countertops. Lesson learned: go to Maestro first! Rubi was a great asset, helping me navigate through Maestro's broad inventory. She is a pleasure to work with, as are her colleagues, Yahaira and Rosa. From showroom to warehouse, everyone at Maestro seems dedicated to the highest level of customer service, and they deliver it. Quality product (I bought five slabs of premium Taj Mahal quartzite for kitchen and bath renovation) AND above-and-beyond service is not easy to find these days. We had an amazing experience with Maestro and they will be our first stop in the future for any stone needs. We walked in on a Saturday and were helped by Herendida who was supremely helpful in finding us high-quality slabs within our budget and even securing us a discount. When our installer was giving them a hard time about the slabs they were very patient and met with us again to go over all their slabs, holding them for us, and pick the ones we wanted. They were friendly and patient and followed up to make sure we were happy with our installed granite. They made a stressful process much easier and the overall experience much better. Purchased two slabs of leathered Taj Mahal quartzite from Karina at Maestro Services. She was great to work with and knowledgeable about the different slabs and textures. I came here 2-3 times to find stone for the top of a built-in bookcase that was also doubling as a window sill. Rosa was amazing and patient. She walked me through the whole warehouse multiple times, gave me pricing multiple times, made suggestions, and had people pull slabs multiple times. And she also gave me a list of reliable fabricators since I didn't have one. The pricing was VERY reasonable. Highly recommend this place!
